Mims Baptist Church is a place where people can meet Jesus, engage in life-giving community, and everyone is welcome. We believe in creating a space where people can have authentic encounters with Christ, discover their gifts and use them for God's glory. Join us for our Sunday services!
We understand the many questions come from visiting a new church, so we want you to feel completely comfortable when you visit Mims for the first time. Below are some frequently asked questions. What time are your services?
Sunday Morning Worship is at 9 AM and 10:40 AM. Life Groups for all ages meet simultaneously at 9 AM and 10:40 AM every Sunday morning.
How should I dress?
We want you to feel comfortable. After all, we are thrilled that you are joining us and want you to be more focused on the service than what you’re wearing. Many prefer to dress casually while others put on their “Sunday best,” and that’s fine too! We think you’ll fit in no matter how you dress.
What about my kids?
We have nursery, preschool and a children’s ministry that is perfect for your children. During Worship, we have Preschool (Birth-Pre-K) and Kids Church (K-2nd).
Do you have a student ministry?
We have a strong student ministry for 7th through 12th grades. Our Students meet on Sundays at 9 AM and 10:40 AM for Life Groups and Worship Service and every Wednesdays at 6:30 PM in the Student Center.
